Implements monitoring and measurement of H&S KPI’s.Provides training to employees on H&S requirements.Implements H&S programs to address risk and maintain compliance Provides technical support to implement effective H&S programs in line with Philips requirements. Manages internal safety programs and related/voluntary committees Prepares and presents management reviews to site leadership Measurement of proactive intervention such as Gemba, Kaizen, behavioral interventions, training and communications (leading indicators).Reduction of frequency and severity of accidents and incidents (lagging indicators).In this role, you have the opportunity to: Ensures that organization understands and meets regulatory compliance requirements.Įnsures Risk Assessments are completed and significant risk is brought to leadership attention.
